I now sit in Incheon airport, one hour before my flight boards.
I'm happy to get back to friends in Zurich, but I'm curious how the city will feel. Last summer when I went to Madrid, the moment I got off the plane I felt more comfortable than in Zurich simply from being in a more familiar language. I hadn't expected that, and it showed me how not-completely-at-home I felt in Zurich. After another 8 months in Switzerland followed by 2 months here, I'm curious how Zurich will feel in comparison to Korea - much more comfortable or not. I certainly look forward to Zurich, but in the reserved way that comes with the knowledge that my time there is coming to an end. Two months is short.
